I was tired of my latches failing. Saw this on a neighbors gate and bought it. It’s heavy duty and has been awesome!

Ordered this hardware set specifically because I had two gates to replace. Description says “heavy duty” and that’s 100% accurate. Two full sets of spring hinges and lockable latches each with two different sets of screws for attachment to either PVC or wood posts. Built new gates and mounted both gates in less than one hour.The black finish is perfect and coverage is clean and even. This is not cheap steel. The spring hinges are strong enough to close the gate, even in wind. Fully adjustable to plumb-up the gate to the opening.This is an awesome hardware set. 10/10 recommend if you want to UPGRADE your gates.

After visiting 2 nation wide hardware stores to find they have NO hinges or Latches for vinyl, I went to the parking lot and ordered, and had same day delivery. The hinges and latch are well made. I wish the latch could be turned over for a right hand swing, but it will work. You can install in 30 min if you are reasonably handy. Only downfall is the self tapping screws are pretty weak. Definately cheap. I tapped the holes with an appropriate drillbit, and they still would barely finish cut the whole for the threads. They will also strip out easy, so set your impact lighter if you can.

Heavy duty construction. Looks like they are made to last.Easy fit instructions supplied.

Screws for the vinyl need improvement. The tip needs to be smaller than the current design. It is easy to strip the screws in the vinyl. The construction of the hinges is a good design and sturdy.
