Puts me into detox mode.
Causes me to have frequent urination. Have to piss like every hour on the days I take this stuff. Don't know what ingredient is causing it, but my body turns into detox mode the days I take it. Maybe it is the Taurine? I like that it doesn't have any artificial dyes and has TMG in it, but my body does not like whatever is in the mix in this supplement. I eat a very pure diet no sugar and no caffeine I am positive this supplement is the culprit of that issue. Very sensitive to changes on what I intake. I'd probably buy this again if it didn't have the Taurine.

Grape is great, good product
This stuff will keep you going and soothe sore muscles before you know it. The grape flavor is where it's at, stay far away from the strawberry lemonade. For some reason that smells like a dead animal.

Horrible on your stomach
Horrible product, Used twice. First time I had the worst diarrhea of my life. Missed a day and stomach felt somewhat better. Used the next day, and diarrhea came back and I missed two days of work. Not sure what is in the product, but I have had better results with other brands without then runs all day.
