Disappointment!!!
Iโve used this product twice within a short period, and unfortunately, it has not met expectations on either occasion. The first one stopped working unexpectedly. With the second, my daughter accidentally tripped over the cable while it was charging, causing it to disconnect from the laptop. After plugging it back in, it stopped functioning entirely. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

Overheating turns it unusable
The charger is poorly designed so that it overheats all the time. No, that it is much more compact than the original. After 2 weeks of use, the cord coming off the power unit started acting badly. Now it works only if I place the device in a specific position. Possibly the overheating caused the charging cord partially detach from the power unit or have a bad contact.It might be a problem with my unit so I will give the product a presumption of innocence and will blame the problem on the single unit itself now. I saw some people having more luck with it. Just be aware that it is a UK plug if you plan to get one.
