Authentic soy sauce. You cant go back to the Indian brands once you’ve tasted the real deal. The taste and smell is pretty strong but is really good. It has a really subtle umami taste .

If you want authentic soy sauce, go for this it has the closest flavor to proper soy sauce to what I had in the US etc. It has some amount of salt in it so be wary while cooking. Not as much as chengs soy sauce etc. but it's still there

After going from synthetic soy sauce to real this time I found that it has the taste and colour ascribed to LIGHT soy sauce. The umami flavour is lacking because it does not have MSG & inosine and the colour is lacking because it does not have added colours. There is salt (even though it has less salt) and a little zing which is difficult to put into words. It IS healthier if you use soy sauce regularly. But next time I will try the dark or tamari varieties.

Die Sojasoße hat einen kräftigen, authentischen Geschmack und passt perfekt zu vielen Gerichten. Für mich fast wie aus Japan. Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Flasche etwas größer sein könnte.
