Will this fit the igenix ig9911 air conditioner unit as the main exhaust connection?

If it had a six inch diameter then yes

I would like to extend my A/C hose but have read it’s not good for the unit and can cause damage. Anyone has this sort of trouble or problems?

I haven't experienced any problems the only problem could happen if the hose folds stopping venting I would give the equipment 10 out of 10

Does the vent attachment come with the metal clip? If not what do I need. Thank you!

Yes everything you need is with it It’s a bit fiddly but works well
