Great herb for construction workers
Very good product. I install granite countertops for a living and taking this in the evening is great for calming the body after a busy/productive work day just in time before bed. It doesn't make you feel groogy the next morning so your energy levels will be up through the day. Highly recommend!

Nice little mood boost.
No doubt this worked as claimed. For me, I found the recommended dose way too strong for me. I weigh 140lbs and am female. I metabolize medications very efficiently generally. I ended up opening the capsules into a container and putting the root powder in my cereal or just mix in a glass of water. I only needed about half a capsule to get the right dose. It lifted my mood and calmed anxiety. I also felt a little energy from it. I don’t get the sleepy effect but maybe because the smaller dose. I had a headache and a little anxiousness for the first couple week, but that has gone.

In a world of stress, find a little calm
As expected. I prefer taking this in the morning. I haven't tried another brand, but I haven't needed to☺️. I have shared this with others interested in if it will work for them, and so far, so good. It does help to be a bit calmer.

BEWARE - VERY strong
I took one pill, midmorning, with food. The effects were nearly instantaneous. I literally started tripping, and not in a good way. Maybe I'm more sensitive than other users, but for me it was way too much. My anxiety was triggered. My body had a panic response, my heart rate quickened, I could feel my blood sugar drop and had to immediately start eating to raise it. I felt on the verge of fainting. My body then proceeded to feel stoned for approximately 2 hrs, like nicotine pulsing through my veins, heavy limbs, focus was drifting in and out, and once the "high" wore off, I drank like half a gallon of water and a large Gatorade because I was so thirsty. And then for the rest of the day I had a mild headache. So do with that info what you will, just know that if you're sensitive like I am, best be smarter than I was and talk to your Dr first. And DEFINITELY start with 1 pill and not 2 per instructions.
