I spend a lot of time working all day at home on my computer, sometimes wearing only boxer shorts and a robe. So a comfortable fitting robe is necessary to my productivity. This Amazon Essentials Men's Lightweight Waffle Robe is perfect for all day-lounge-work, and checks off all the boxes for comfort and fit and satisfaction. When I think of 'waffle' pattern, I immediately think 'warm and thick,' like wearing a coat. But the waffle pattern of this men's robe is more like slightly raised small squares embossed throughout the lightweight fabric that is not suffocating or thermic. This robe breathes, and is good for all day comfort here in air conditioned Florida. Up north, you might consider this a 'summer robe.' I wear XL for shirts, but usually go up a size when I buy online. I've purchased this robe twice using XL-XXL. It fits perfectly just below the shoulders. Arm length is right at the wrist cuffs. Length is at the shins with plenty of room to tie off waist. Quality stitching with white piping in lapel, pockets and wrist. Holds up well during machine wash/dry, keeps shape. Slight shrinkage. Highly recommended. Will buy again.

This robe was purchased for my husband who needed a new summer robe. It gets cold in the house when we run the air. It's lightweight and looks great on him. Would buy again.

I gave 4 stars because one of the inside ties was missing. That's a little nit picky. But it's very comfortable, warm but still lightweight and otherwise nicely made, size was right I'm 6'1" about 245 and the XL/XXL size is very roomy. For the price, I can totally recommend.

Looked for a while and finally found the robe I was looking for. Kind of a medium-light robe. The fit is just right and true to the size guide. Was tired of sweating in the fluffy soft fabric of my other robe. This one breathes as it should. Going to buy a matching one for my fiancee now.

Husband loves his robe! Great for the summer and perfect weight for the changing of seasons. I am so glad I bought this, thinking he will get another soon!

Bang for the buck, you can't beat this product. It is much better than I expected. Well-made and large enough to 'cover' the essentials (if you know what I mean). I especially like the fact it is cotton. Enjoy!

My husband loves his bathrobe. It's comfortable and light weight

It's not awful, I guess; it's okay quality and it is a robe. But it's shapeless because it's too stretchy and saggy. The long, floppy sleeves are in the way, so even making a cup of coffee or washing my hands becomes an annoying struggle. The tie is too long - and why make it separate? My old robe had an attached tie that was long enough to do the job without my having to play hide and seek to find it, and it could be washed without making a bundle of the laundry in the machine. The pocket is too floppy - the stretchy material is not helpful for that. I've washed it and worn it so I can't send it back, but I will be sending it on its way.

I’m very impressed with this housecoat. The quality is excellent, and it has a nice, generous fit without feeling bulky. The waffle fabric gives it an attractive look and just enough warmth for a cool summer morning or a spring or autumn day. It’s not too heavy, which I really appreciate, but it is warm and comfortable. The housecoat also washed very nicely and came out looking good. The colour is attractive, and overall it looks much nicer than I expected at this price.

I love these so much I’ve got one in three colours and plan on getting a couple more lol. These are true to size, although I’ve bought way bigger than I needed because that’s how I like them. When I step out of the shower I wrap one of these around me and honestly it’s the coziest and most pleasant way to dry off! They’re very soft against the skin, super absorbent, and once hung back up dry off quickly. Perfect! Light and breathable enough for summer use but still cozy and warm for winter. I love these and will always pick up a new colour when I see one I like. Such a great price for a fabulous robe! :)

I’ve been looking for a decent dressing gown that wasn’t too expensive and good for all seasons for ages. I can’t wear that fluffy, minky fabric or anything 100% polyester because they just make me sweaty not warm. I previously had a very expensive 100% Turkish cotton men’s d.gown but it was Sooooooo heavy and huge. It did a great job but was over AU$200 and too much weight and space when I travelled taking up 80% of my suitcase. I’ve looked for a 100% cotton waffle weave gown for over a year but they are also extremely expensive and difficult to find. Although this is a cotton/polyester blend it is 60/40 and I’m comfortable enough with that ratio for the price. Also makes washing and drying just that much easier. I’m 172cm/5’7” and 100kg so I ordered the MENS XL/XXL which fits perfectly. Heaps to go around me, fits my shoulders and comes to the bottom of my calves. More than happy with this dressing gown for the price.

Sehr zufrieden, macht qualitativ einen guten Eindruck, trägt sich sehr bequem, bleibt sicher geschlossen und trocknet schnell. Habe den Bademantel für ein Wochenende in der Sauna bestellt, also alle halbe Stunde Duschen oder schwimmen, abends ist der Mantel immernoch trocken auf der Haut. (Ich hatte vorher so einen aus Plüsch Stoff, totale Katastrophe was das angeht^^)
