Love Palmini BUT…..
I love this product but anyone who says a lasagna palmini recipe tastes like the real thing is a better chef than I am. It made a very nice substitute with my portobello mushroom bolognese skim ricotta and skim mozzarella but I will use Banza chickpea pasta next time for a more authentic lasagna mouthfeel. While the texture of palmini was fine it clearly tastes vegetal. Still, I love the product and like all the other varieties I tried. Looking forward to trying the angel hair which I bet will best mimic the real thing.

Perfect Low Carb or Keto Pasta alternative.
Boil this in water for 20 minutes. Start with your sauce on the bottom of pan. Every layer sauce well. This cooks tender with lots of sauce and it is phenomenal. Ive been low carb (on and off) for several years and this is one of the best products on the market. Lasagna taste like lasagna, better than eggplant, egg wraps, and nothing used in recipes you see. Worth the cost and the time in prep.

Fake lasagna for those trying.
Don’t expect it to be like regular lasagna noodles. It’s a substitute for those trying to live healthier lives. If your expecting reg noodles save your money and go to Olive Garden.

Nice noodle substitute
Tired this because my family loves heart of palm. I was going to try the regular pasta shape, but wanted to try the lasagna recipe. The "noodles" were fine straight out of the can and tasted nice in the lasagna as well. They did have an under cooked pasta texture to them which made it a bit hard to cut the slices, but over all, it was good.

Great for Keto Lasagna
For the longest time I was using zucchini to make low carb lasagna, but I have switched to these palm hearts. They work perfectly with my usual recipe, and now I make this recipe once every other week. I love it. It holds shape well. You DO need to use a serrated knife to eat your lasagna though because it is not going to really break apart with a fork like a wheat noodle or zucchini. But it has a subtle flavor, if any, and holds shape really well even with freezing and reheating. Highly recommended. Only downside is that it is a bit on the pricey side. I use about 1 can for a lasagna the size of a standard bread loaf pan, which would give you 4 layers, I believe.

Dented
Cans arrived dented in the intact packaging which made me feel like they were sent that way. It is a nice gluten free, low carb way to make lasagna.

Can or Bag? That is the Question
First off, my wife and I totally love Palmini products, so let's get that out of the way. We enjoy their Angel Hair, Linguine, and Lasagna noodles. It's pretty amazing to have such a great quality wheat pasta alternative, and totally gluten free. Both the can and bag versions are identical so really it boils down to how you want to store them in your cupboard :) Either way...get ready to enjoy some delish pasta!

Honest Keto Review
I’m not sure why there are reviews hating on this product. News flash! It isn’t pasta. It’s a vegetable cut in the shape of pasta. So you really shouldn’t compare it to pasta. It serves its purpose if you are part of the keto world. I do recommend that you rinse it well and boil for longer than the instructions recommend. It does help with the earthy flavor if you soak it in some type of milk for about 30 minutes. If you’re on keto I recommend either a mixer of heavy cream and water or unsweetened coconut milk. But honestly you can’t really taste it once a sauce is on it. This is a must have if you are living a keto lifestyle.
