Be Sure to Watch the Flame !!!
I am disappointed !! The first time we used it the center of both sides burned and peeled !! The finish is definitely not heat resistant. 👎

Defective product
Claimed to be "non-stick". Sticks like crazy. Didn't use it right away so, now it's too late to return.

Love this pan!
This pan feels cheap, but works great! We were gifted a better quality pan but had trouble getting the eggs done right. This pan cooks evenly making for the perfect poached eggs for Eggs Benedict, sandwiches, avocado toast, etc. It cleans up well and is holding up well. It may feel cheap as it is light weight, but it's proving to be good quality.

My third try at getting a decent Omelette pan. It s good enough but not great and sadly my great pan fell asleep arr after thirty years, lol

The pan works fine for poaching eggs. Be warned, however, that the nonstick coating is NOT very nonstick and takes a bit of work to clean up after use.

The outer coating wore off immediately! Didn’t work as I expected!

Easy to use
Purchased this for my disabled elderly father. It is just him and he has problems getting around and lifting to heavy of items. This item works well for him, it is not to heavy for him to move around and he is able to cook and clean it with ease. He can cook his eggs in a timely manner and enjoy them the way he wants with out having to leave his house. The pan heats up well and cooks everything evenly. So glad I was able to find this pan for him.
