It’s soft and quality is decent. Since it’s larger than the standard sizes, it covers more of the body. It warm almost immediately when turned on. I find the highest setting to be a little too hot for my taste, so I stick to the lower temperature settings. The heat distribution is so-so. The middle being the warmest and the ends being cooler, but since it’s larger, that doesn’t seem to matter as much.

I absolutely love this heating pad! It’s super soft and flexible, not stiff like some of the older heating pads I’ve used, and it heats up really quickly. The extra-large size is great because it covers a much bigger area, whether you’re using it on your back, stomach, or legs. I also love the extra-long cord because I don’t have to sit right next to an outlet, and the two-hour auto shut-off is a great feature. Honestly, I put it in the highest setting and it’s not as hot as I expected or wanted it to be, I like it super hot because when it’s really hot it helps with my cramps. I mean it is pretty hot and does the job but I wish the heat would feel the same through my clothes rather than me having to lift up my shirt and put it against my bare skin to feel the heat better. It is nice and soft tho and it covers my body which I like. Overall I like it and it does its job.

This heating pad is excellent and very comfortable to use. It heats up quickly and provides soothing warmth that helps relax sore and tired muscles. While this heating pad gets HOT, you don't have to worry about getting burned (the last heating pad I had- I got some serious second-degree burns and bad blisters). There are three heating levels. Please see the photos of the timer- it is pretty simple to use- low, medium, and high. I didn't like that there is no timer on the heating pad- and it seems to turn off after an hour or two (I never have really kept track). But I use a heating pad most- at night- and the fact I don't know how long it takes to turn off- which means the lack of a timer isn't a bothersome feature with this pad. After almost a month- I don't think the feature is as important as I once thought. What I loved was that the night this heating pad broke, I ordered this one and had it in under 12 hours. I like to have heating pad access 24/7- so when the one I had broke after about a month and a half- I picked one out that was cheap and that would come quickly. Because it seems, no matter how much I choose to pay for a heating pad- none of them last me long. Why not try a cheap one after the expensive one broke after a month and a half? The one that lasted the longest was the only one I got for free- from my insurance (a few years ago). And it was the cheapest of the bunch. The most expensive one- gave me second-degree burns (with warnings I finally found out was in the fine print- the very very fine print they later pointed out to me) and broke after a month and a half. So I will see how this one lasts- so far so good. The heating pad size is overly large- as you can see in my photos- I took three larger paperback books and set them on the pad and there was still room on it- width-wise. The cover of the heating pad is also nice- and very comfortable. I also included a photo of the controller. I would encourage others, as I do with all heating pads after being burned- if you are using the beating pad on your bare neck or shoulders, even your back- don't fall asleep the first few times until you are sure your body can take the heat. You never know- the other pad wasn't even set to that high of a level (a five out of nine) when it burned me- it just got that hot. However, this heating pad has not done anything like that to me- I just always warn others now- just to be safe. I have had this heating pad for a month in a few days. So far I have had no issues, other than the fact there is no timer and that has not bothered me as it stays on long enough for me to fall asleep. I would say this is a great heating pad that can come to you quickly (if you make the right selections). And for a rough user- this one is still in good shape. Even on the highest setting, it’s not very hot. Coming from somebody who always uses a heating pad on a low setting because they get too hot for me. This is the first heating pad I’ve ever had to use and put on high. It feels like the heat goes on and off every few minutes. I don’t know if it’s some type of regulation so it doesn’t overheat but even on the lowest setting it does that. I’ll go to look to see if it the auto timer went off cause it feels like it’s not even on but nope it’s still on and working but not hot. Only plus side was it was very soft.

I bought this heating pad when I thought my old one broke, and chose not to return it when my old one was fixed! It’s a great size, and so plush, it has great range for heat, and the auto turn off is the perfect length of time. I use this daily and recommend for the price!
