Truthfully. I am a watch guy. Are any watch guys or gals really happy with this watch ?

I used to have a Fitbit, but I love my watch so much more. I just have the Active. Not the Active2. But I absolutely love it. If I'm at work and I get a notification, be it text, email, messenger, or whatever, I can just glance at my phone to see if it's an emergency or important enough to stop what I'm doing with my client or continue working. Plus I use it to track my sleep, heart rate, water intake, workouts, etc. I was a skeptic as well. Now I'm a believer. I love it

Can you make/receive calls and texts?

No you can not make calls. That was a dissapointment for me. You can see who is calling and you can see the texts but you can not answer them. It also does not receive any voice commands in a decent way. The battery life is also short. It lasts for a day and you have to charge it again.
