Support sucks
I had bought a Harman product and it has been down for the last 6 months with support team not giving me any clue of what is happening to my unit which has been taken for repairs for. Months..

Looks neat. Sounds good.
It is a good amplifier and value for money. However, one of the main reasons I purchased this amplifier is to be able to use my Denon Turntable, through RCA. Only the Centre Speaker works. Also, the FM doesn't tune properly to channels available in Chennai. If anyone from JBL could come and sort these issues out, there might be some relief.
