Trechas is absolutely delicious. For those of you who are not familiar with Mexico, I can attest to this spice being fantastic on fresh fruits and vegetables. My favorite is fresh pineapple, strawberries and black berries, cut and mixed with juice from a fresh lime, a little sugar, a little Agave and sprinkled liberally with Trechas.

Great flavor for bbq

I believe the quality has changed since I last ordered. It didn’t taste quite as good and it was so finely ground that it made me cough anytime I used it. I thought it was just me but it actually made my husband cough too.

Best Chile Powder I love this stuff and way better then Tajin for fruit!!! Ya I said it!
