These floss bands really help out my knee and get me ready for lifting.

Just heard floss band can help with sprain ankle recovery. Didn't want to pay a lot for a gimmick. This not a gimmick. Not super stretchy, so it won't wrap neatly around your ankle. It is tacky and will hold to compress and allow movement to work your therapy. Careful wrapping on bare skin. I wear socks. I don't use it often so I can't say much about durability, but it look like it will last a little while.

2/8/2021-Update: - I think I was a little harsh in my previous review. But I still think they aren't as good as other floss bands . But after using them for a while I dont mind them. First of all, I really wanted these to be like the other floss bands minus the labeling. Sadly, they are not. The rubber is not the same and does not stretch the same. Its hard to describe but the stretch on these bands doesn't feel right. The stretch isn't consistent like normal floss bands. Also, a huge con is that this is a lint magnet. lint from my clothes and rug are all over the bands after one use. on the upside they can still be used to floss muscles but I just don't like the feel. All in all, If I could do it again I would just spend the extra money and get a better quality set of bands.

Bands are half the price of their name brand counterparts. Red band has more resistance the the blue band. So far I've noticed a difference after using them. Good for tough areas that foam rollers really can't quite hit.

These are amazing! Half the price of the product I was suggested to get and does the same thing.

I got these for my calf. I strained it last year and it gave me issues when my squat started getting heavy. As I climbed the latter after a significant deload, the pain returned. I will do 1 or 2 sets wrapped and stretch wrapped after my work out. I have seen a significant reduction in pain and an increase in range of motion.

Very simple bands that have a good level of resistance. No smell or slimy coating. I'd buy this product again no question.

I’ve been using floss bands for many years. These bands are as good as the more expensive ones.

I was concerned that they may not stick to themselves as per other reviews, but rest assured they do and they stretch perfectly fine. I have medial meniscus tears in both knees and use these to assist in alleviating the pain I get. I have found them to perform really well with a lot of stretch able to be put on them with out any issue. Bottom line is that I am happy with the purchase and I would buy them again and recommend if anyone is considering them, but worried about the quality, don't they are a good buy.

Good quality, cheaper than brand names. Sticks together just the right amount.
