Uses a 9/16 hex socket
FYI, This new sparkplug uses a 9/16 socket. Product was not securely packaged. 1 out of the 4 plugs was out of its box and loose in the oversized package.

Ceramic insulator shattered
3 out of the 4 spark plugs had the ceramic insulator shatter when installing and I returned them only for the seller to charge back the 3 broken ones. I then spoke with Amazon support and got my money back then the seller charged me again??? Super low quality stuff, idk if it’s from being shipped through Amazon but I am a certified technician and have never seen spark plugs just shatter from installation. Had to be very careful removing the spark plugs from fear of the shattered ceramic insulator pieces falling into the cylinder’s. If I could give these 0 stars I would.

These do not fit a 2019 chevy equinox to small. I ordered 4 and received one.

I ordered 4 spark plugs 41-156. I received 3, 41-156 and 1 C87 plug wrapped up in a plastic bag. Totally unacceptable. Took car in to have plugs installed and 1 wrong plug. Hadcto search for another plug. The 1st order of spark plugs were not the right ones for my car. Not a happy customer!!! Terry Boegel
