Not a King size
The size size is misleading. I erroneously believed the writing that said this pillow was "King" sized. It was not, it was actually smaller than many other pillows that are sold a standard sized. I should have measured the dimensions that were provided and I would have realized that it was not large. I have not used it yet since it needs to sit for 24 hours before the 1st use but it seems like it will be good.

Harder then the fists
So this is my second pillow from this company. I bought the first one in December. Its amazing. Supportive but still comfortable. I don't know what happened between December and now but the pillow I just got in is as hard as bricks its like sleeping on cement. I'm not going to return it due to all the virus stuff and I'm hoping maybe putting it in the wash might help but man its like I ordered from a completely different company

Extremely Firm
Extremely firm! Too firm for my comfort. I want a little bit of cuddle to a pillow. So firm you can’t put your hand print on it to demonstrate the memory foam. Just feel like hard foam to me.

Awesome pillow!
This pillow is great and opening it is like a science experiment. It comes folded up but gradually unfolds and is neat to watch! The pillow is extra firm at first, but after I used it a couple of nights it became the perfect firmness. The cervical cut out is perfect and has helped my neck pain and tension.

Comfortable
The instructions stated it could take up to 2 weeks for your body to adjust to the pillow, but I slept amazing the first night! Should’ve switched to a pillow like this a long time ago!

Too hard
I’m sure this pillow may work for some, but I had to return it because I have a cervical fusion and the memory foam is way too hard.

Good quality
Im just to short necked for this pillow. Should be much more comfortable otherwise. Great quality.

nice
have neck pain and migraine headaches and I bought this pillow to replace an older contour pillow I accidentally left behind on vacation (wahhh). It’s fantastic! The shaping in the middle is very comfortable and my neck gets a lot of relief from this product. The included slipcover is comfortable and neat.
