Are these made with laminated steel?

Sorry, hard to tell. Have others that are more visible between the two steels at the bevel and on sides. Neither the sides or bevel show obvious steel lamination.

I got them yesterday, bad edges! Had to resharpen for work. They are too brittle to keep the edge. What do you want me to do?
