Cord was a piece of crap! Did not send original charging cord!

Non compatible fully with ATT Mobile services
Purchased in June 2023 with assurance the unit was compatible with ATT Mobile services. After long conversations with ATT it has now been concluded it has never been with ATT mobile. Some functions work as expected but Wi-Fi calling will not work. With several levels of ATT customer service the unit is not compatible.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a phone online but the price was unbeatable. Compatible with ATT/Cricket wireless. Took the SIM card out of my old phone, placed in this phone, and all data was automatically transferred. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Defective screen
The screen didn't do it right away but it'll randomly turn black with only a couple horizontal lighting up across the top side. I think whomever rehabbed the phone didn't do a good job with the screen connection or maybe even the ribbon strip is messed up. I did notice it does only happen whenever the phone is warm from being used. When I updated the OS and again after installation of the app I use. Is when the issue was more frequent
