The product is good but the delivery boy did not handled properly, he gave me the box upside down so it had created a mess inside even though all instructions were written on box still the delivery boy did not handled it properly

Bad bad bad show UGAOO
1. Plant branches and leaves were trimmed before despatch. Very bad.2. When opened found suffocated plants as leaves were soft and dull.3. Box was not labelled as fragile or this side up. Plants soil was spilled all over in the box.4. Moreover, money plant as shown in pic in advt. Is totally different.5. Presently not happy with the product.

Both plants came in good condition, they were in good containers, and well packed. Ugaoo really knows what they're doing!💯 For a plant noob like me the simple instructions on the packet was helpful. I've washed the leaves cuz there was some dust on them, and watered them and have kept them in the sun for sometime, like how they have mentioned on the packet. Can't wait to bring them indoors! 😍❤
