is it just me or is this the same make as the Lenvenger Diario Mio?

Yep, they appear identical on the computer screen. I purchased mine from Amazon for the same price. Its well worth the money. Note that its approx 6" x 8".

Can the journal inside be replaced when I have written on all the pages?

No Jeff, the journal is bound, which makes it very sturdy, but the inside does not come out. It is a terrific journal with lots of pages, so it should last you a while. Very much worth the money, looks classy and the paper is great quality.

For those of you that have used these longterm, how does the binding hold up? Any problems with it breaking and pages falling out with heavy useage?

My wife and I have had these journals for about 5 years and the binding holds up very well. My wife writes a lot more than me and has filled two journals with no issues - which I’d say is holding up with heavy usage
