Ceylon is the best cinnamon for your metabolism and GLP-1 hormone. This is a quality product with organic ingredients. Dosage is also adequate. It has lowered my A1c where Im no longer on medications. Make sure you buy a quality Berberine product such as this one. This is an exceptionally good price for the quality. Many other places its double the price and bad quality.

Long post FYI. I am a big ball of anxious energy all of the time. Because of that, I starve myself pretty much all day, and then after eating dinner, I binge eat, even when I’m not even hungry. Whether it be sweet or savory. It was wrecking havoc on my body and I was getting chest pains at night when trying to toss and turn to fall asleep, already uncomfortable due to how full I had made myself. All because I can’t manage my stress levels 😅 So my sister told me she got this Berberine, although she got a lower dose, I figured I needed extra strength because you know, Jesus take the wheel on my life. It was helping her maintain her blood sugar levels throughout the day even with her Hashimotos. So I can actually say, I’ve only been taking this for a week, and I have noticed a huge change. I’m not reaching for snacks all day long, I get satiated faster, so I can actually stop myself before I make myself miserable. Has it helped my stress levels? No. But it definitely has helped me with the thing that was sabotaging me the most. By not craving sugar and salt all of the time, I’m finally able to make better choices while still enjoying the occasional candy, but at a much more reasonable level. I have taken plain cinnamon pills before to no help, and just giving myself heartburn. I had given myself a stomach ulcer not too long ago, and I believe my habit was causing me more issues than I ever dared claimed. So if you’re like me, especially after developing a bit of an eating disorder after a kinda extreme calorie deficit from two years ago, then maybe you need to try this. It’s worth it. Especially if type 2 diabetes runs in your family. I never got to that point, but I definitely don’t want to put myself there because I have a bad relationship with food.

I have been taking this product for around 3 years. I am diabetic and while this is a useful tool. It is not a miracle supplement. I have not replaced any of my doctor's therapeutic solutions with this supplement. However, based upon blood tests, I have observed that this supplement can reduce your blood sugar and LDL by a small amount. Consequently, I use it in concert with my doctor's current therapeutic solutions. Recently however, I have detected significant variability between bottles. I have found wide variation in the supplement's color (yellow to light brown) and texture (fine to granular). I do not know how to account for these differences but I must admit, it makes me question the product's standardized content.

This Berberin with Ceylon cinnamon helps control my glucose levels. It got me out of being diabetic. Helps natural insulin production. I highly recommend.

I’ve been taking this berberine for about 6 months and it genuinely helped bring my numbers down in the first few months, so I know the product can work. However, my concern is with the more recent bottles. The newer capsules are noticeably slimmer and lighter than the ones I started with. I actually weighed several on a gram scale and saw a significant difference between older and newer pills (for example, ~0.87 g vs ~0.68 g). There’s been no notice on the bottle or listing about a reformulation, rebranding, or change in dosage, so I don’t know if the potency is the same. It feels like we’re paying the same (or more) for less product, and I’m worried future customers may not get the same results I did in the beginning. I would love some transparency from the company explaining the change and confirming that the strength and effectiveness are still equivalent. Until then, I’m a bit hesitant to keep buying, even though my initial results were very good.
