My overall cholestrol was down 40 points. Down from 220s to the 180s after i started taking this in conjunction with Gen Essential Omega 3,6,7,9 supplement. Like thay this has COQ10 to prevent the nasty side effects of the red yeast rice & also that it has garlic extract all organic. Cant go wrong :)

My cholesterol just kept creeping up even after watching my diet and exercising. My doctor gave me 4 months to see some changes before she put me on cholesterol meds. I started using the Kyolic Formula 114 snd my cholesterol went from 242 down to 220 and then to 210. I haven't seen the doctor this year yet, so it's been over 6 months. She was so pleased that she just told me to keep doing what I'm doing. I still exercise and implement healthy eating habits but after age 50, I guess I just needed a little help. I would highly recommend it if you're looking to get your cholesterol in check....quickly!

Kinda pricey
I guess it works? My cholesterol level hasn't changed dramatically but I haven't died yet.

Good stuff, no stinky.. Of course if you really like garlic you're not gonna care.
Got it because I'm not fond of cholesterol meds or the idea of having to take them. A certain company got all sorts of bent that red brewers yeast did similar things apparenty. Another formula was discontinued for a while. I think this may be that one.. Eh, whatever... I like shocking my doctors into having a 'WTF?!' moment and asking how my cholesterol is so low.
