My cholesterol just kept creeping up even after watching my diet and exercising. My doctor gave me 4 months to see some changes before she put me on cholesterol meds. I started using the Kyolic Formula 114 snd my cholesterol went from 242 down to 220 and then to 210. I haven't seen the doctor this year yet, so it's been over 6 months. Good stuff, no stinky.. Of course if you really like garlic you're not gonna care.
Got it because I'm not fond of cholesterol meds or the idea of having to take them.A certain company got all sorts of bent that red brewers yeast did similar things apparenty. Another formula was discontinued for a while. I think this may be that one..Eh, whatever... I like shocking my doctors into having a 'WTF?!' moment and asking how my cholesterol is so low.

Great combination of what I was looking for
I only wish it didn’t take 3 capsules a day. It can feel like a lot sometimes. They are easy to swallow capsules. They may be considered big, but with a big gulp of water, it is just fine. Definitely oderless garlic - a big plus.

Six months of this elevated my bad cholesterol
In the 6 months I took this instead of EndurAcin (niacin) to control my cholesterol, my bad cholesterol number jumped into the danger zone and my overall cholesterol went up significantly. I don't recommend this product.
