Fits my 20gallon perfectly and the door is perfect for doing quick clean ups or feeding.

Works perfect for what it is. If you have a reptile that likes to escape be sure to get clamps for this lid but otherwise it fits perfect.

Fits okay on a 10 gal tank

I got this for my bearded dragon's enclosure. It arrived quickly, packaged inside of a large box. The size was as stated. It fit snug, which is good since I didn't need to use clips. The door it has is an excellent idea and I like that it locks. The door is a good size. It allows to me feed her easily and take out my young beardie and most of the items inside of her enclosure with no problems. I love being able to keep all of her lights on the enclosure now without having to take anything off just to get inside. The screen does bow a little which looks a little bit weird upon close inspection, but it still works fine. Aside from that, the quality is good. I'd expect it to last for years.

Fit's

Ten gallon screen hood. Fits good. Only thing to watch out for is there is a little gap where door is. It's small but just be aware for tiny critter.

Doesn’t fit the Zilla enclosure where it is supposedly intended for use. If you have a critter that is an escape artist such as some king snakes, these covers are easily defeated. They need to be modified in order to have a secure top. Thankfully I was able to make some modifications and now it is solid. If you are not handy with modifying things like this it would probably be better not to buy this poorly designed top.

This is a must-have if you have a terrarium for your pet reptile and need heated or UV lamps that tend to get hot. Most standard terrarium don't come with metal lids that can withstand hot lamps. This one fits perfectly if you measure right and closes around the top make it decent seal for your pet and maybe it's food like crickets, etc. Cleaning is easy and the structure is way better than flimsy screens or plastic. Very durable and easy to fit overall. Highly recommended!

Would probably be acceptable for a lizard, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I do not recommend this lid for a snake at all.If you buy this for a snake, it will most likely escape. The little access door is very weak and flimsy and any snake would be able to push one of the corners open to escape. The latch is flimsy plastic which I predict won't last long.I had to modify the door so my snake won't get out.

Using this for my 20 gallon tank because my leopard gecko is an escape artist. The mesh is very sturdy, it can handle the weight of my light no problem. Compared to this, exo terra covers look flimsy.It was a little bit of a tight fit - my tank is about 30 1/2 long because it’s a zoomed tank - the old top used to slide in, so the sides are a little longer. However, the metal sides of this cover are a bit flexible, I could bend them a little bit to make room for that 1/4 of an inch. It is very snug, I would recommend to measure your tank, if it is more than 30 1/2 inches long, this won’t fit.The good quality and the fact it has a door for easy access justify the price to me.
