When i get the goods it is serious damaged?pls confirm how to solve

The bottom of my bottle printed as " lot 1994t". what's that means? if it is not the expiry date and then what is that?

Mine has this stamped on the bottle, Made in Canada Lot 0135C. I do not believe it's the expiration date. This number refers to batch or run for a certain shift, day, or time frame. This way if there is a problem, the company could trace when it was bottled, how many, and so forth. Hope this eases your mind. Jay D Johnson
