Cauliflower Tortilla Chips - 6Count, 4.5 Oz Bags (Salted)

Excellent product. Been searching for these in the supermarkets but of course, only Amazon came to the rescue.

We love these chips and they are actually healthy! Yes they are thicker but not bad and for nachos they are perfect.

I originally bought the "nacho cheese" variety of these chips. They were ok but not totally delicious. My husband and I are trying to adhere to a Paleo diet. These are fried in sunflower oil, but still seemed a better options than corn tortillas. These were pretty good with homemade guacamole and salsa so we ordered more, but this time, we got the sea salt variety. We also heated them in the oven for about 3 minutes just like we did before with corn chips. Wow! What a difference this made. This made a huge difference in the taste and texture. They are perfect! Just the right crunch and they melt in your mouth. They do not get hard again when they cool, they are still just as delicious! I highly recommend these but to get the best flavor, heat them up!

Love these chips cuz they taste pretty close to tortilla chips for staying on keto. Love them with salsa!

When my husband was craving chips and salsa, his trainer suggested these as a substitute. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, as most healthy options for everyday indulgences are much more expensive. The taste and texture is pretty close to the real deal, though these chips are a bit less "sturdy" than regular corn chips. There is a slight cauliflower aftertaste, but nothing too objectionable. Overall, I wouldn't eat these everyday, but they are a decent replacement for the real thing when you are wanting to indulge without the guilt.

These tortilla chips are delicious! I am allergic to corn, and prior to finding these, had only found one other (non-corn) tortilla chip... these are wonderful, and I like the fact they have a lot of vegetables in the ingredients. They taste great and are super by themselves, with salsa or guacamole, or I've even used them in a "taco salad" and as long as they don't sit in the salsa dressing too long, they hold their crunch just fine. :) It's so nice to have a snack option that is corn-free... thank you!!

I have food allergies to corn, wheat, egg, milk among others. I was happy when I saw this product and tried the chips they caused absolutely no allergic reactions and the taste was excellent like real corn chips. The chips appear to be rather healthy for you but that is where the positive ends. The bags are literally halfway full the rest is full of AIR. That is not a joke and at this price it is not worth it. One bag will only fill one small sized bowl with chips. I'm someone who is the ideal body weight and wants to have a real snack which is for me more than 10 chips per the manufacturer. Example who sits down and eats 10 potato chips... Seriously? laugh out loud because this is comical. I'll have to look elsewhere until the price is substantially lowered and or becomes subscribe and save item or they actually fill the bags! This issue for me is not about not being chips being unaffordable but throwing away money on bags that are half empty. The product is extremely overpriced. The only other issue is I would have like a salt free version as some might find these a bit on the salty side too. *Updated* I see the manufacture now has Amazon Prime shipping with subscribe but only 5% and not a 15% discount. People ask me in my family "How come I don't see your chips come anymore?" I don't answer them because I'm not going spend what would need to be $40-60 a month on bags of chips. I do wish these were like bags of tortilla chips you see in supermarkets that are large and filled to the top but this product is far from that. I can't help but knock this product due its sizing and overpricing.*
