How can you claim your product is good for vegans/vegetarians when most of the ingredients are sourced from animals? It's false advertising

It says, the size 00 CAPSULES are vegan/vegetarian friendly and soft easy-to-swallow. It gives ingredients THEN it says inside a vegetarian friendly capsule. Not that the formula is totally vegetarian. Bovine is not, but it doesn't claim that is vegetarian. It claims the CAPSULE itself is.

I've read many reviews about the nasty smell of collagen supplements. Does this supplement have a bad smell?

List of ingredients: hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, eggshell membrane collagen, organic ashwagandah (withania somnifer;root and leaf), hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides, chicken bone broth collagen concentrate, organic arnia berry extract. Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule. Bottle also says: DOES Not Contain: milk, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy. Made on equipment that also processes milk, fish, tree nuts and soy. Hope this helps! I've typed the above information directly from the label.
