Odd texture but so good
This protein powder tastes exactly like pistachio ice cream. It is also very versatile. I have mixed it in Almond milk, in smoothies, and also in plain yogurt. It did not dissolve very well in coffee but overall you can use it with a lot of things. I did also use it in a baking project that turned out fairly well. It's very easy to drink especially in just plain liquids. The texture itself is a little odd compared to other protein powders I have found. It's almost a little flaky looking and feeling but it dissolves well which is really all that I care about. Overall taste and macros are great for a protein powder. One scoop is fairly large and the size of the container should last you quite a while. Overall very pleased and I would definitely try other flavors of this brand

This protein R1 has a great taste, good value for your money, mixes well with either water, or milk and is digestible. It does leave you full, texture is perfect. I highly recommend this product. Plus you are getting in your protein.
