Review: Much better than i thought - Having read several reviews and done some comparisons i thought that this was the one that i wanted, even though itvsaid instructions for build were complicated, personally i found it easy to assemble and really enjoy using it, my only issue is that the fly attachment is slightly the wrong angle for me so doesnt hit as well as it could.

Perfect

DO NOT BUY
I bought this, it is very wobbly even though the bolts are as tight as I can get them, also virtually impossible to do bench press unless you have really long arms which I don't, the bits that the bar sits on is far too high, it is even difficult to lift the bar off when you standing as it is far too high. The butterfly extensions are in the wrong place and are too short so that you cannot use your hands on them, this bench has obviously never been tested by anyone that knows anything about weight training. Do not buy as it is a waste of money, and virtually unusable.

Poor quality, sizing and bolts are iffy at best even using proper tools. Ok for price but don't expect wonders

More suitable for smaller person. Ideal for beginners

Some parts were pre-installed
Brilliant, exactly what i was looking for. Set up was easy enough although i was looking for parts that seemed missing but were actually pre-installed, i realised this using the detailed exploded diagram. Thank you for the bench. :)
