Diabetic Godsend!
It works! I had surgery on the bottom of my foot. It just wouldn't heal so I saw this and ordered with fingers crossed. I saw an improvement over night. Kid you not. Highly recommend for diabetics who have problems with healing slowly.

This cream is the best for open wounds, as you applied @ 24 hours within 2 applications one will see a results all is dry and ready one should try, I used this cream on my husbands bed sorts, within the second application the wound was dry. Can not share a picture. Sorry my Husband passed 4 years ago . Sorry

Doesn’t burn on eczema
My 8 year old has eczema. Putting lotion on causes tears because it burns. This is the only product that doesn’t sting and isn’t horribly sticky. We’re avoiding steroid creams so this our go to. We will definitely continue buying this!

My son used it everyday for 2 weeks and his acne got worse. He stopped and it started getting better.
