Hi , I didn’t and it was fine , if you wanted a heavy shine it would need a top coat of varnish. Enjoy !!!

Will this go over wooden doors already painted white?

Yes, paint can be applied over any door that’s already been painted. Just sand it down a bit, with fine sandpaper, to make a key for fresh paint. Job done!
