Great sealant
I learned of this stuff by hanging out on plumbing forums. This is what the professionals use. I built and installed a professional grade whole-house water filtration system in my home, and was concerned that the copper unions and threaded fittings might leak. This stuff seals tight, allowing future disassembly if needed. Not one leak, as promised. I will use this from now on as I see why plumbers swear by it. ** update 7/2019 ** I have been using this for most of my plumbing, and this stuff rocks. I have never had a leak since I started using it. Nice.

Best Thread Sealant!!!
I've used this thread sealant for the past 14 years. I use this on all my pipe threads and the best thing about it is when I have to disassemble pipe it makes it so much easier. It stays pliable and does a great job! Easy to use and goes a long way!

Seems to work well initially
The product seems to live up to its name. It initially is like a thick paste that you apply to the treads of the pipe. After a while, depending on temperature, it sets up to a chalky solid. I used it on gas appliance threads and I detected no leaks. It does not get rock hard so the pipe / fitting can be easily removed when needed. I had a shower head that I consistently had a leak problem at the cut-off attachment. I applied this sealer to it and it sealed the leak at full pressure. Better than Teflon tape. But I can't vouch for it over long time usage, this is only an initial evaluation.

Seals Very Well & Food Grade Approved
Used this for some chemical piping at work with a highly oxidative chemical. So far it has sealed great with no leaks for 6 months now. I imagine it may hold up for a year. So far, so good...better than PTFE tape, at least for my application.

Good gas line sealant for threaded pipes
Ordered, arrived quickly, as described. Worked well , had zero leaks , so sealed well the first time . Had zero redoing when running line . Will buy again and would recommend. Just make sure know what are doing if doing yourself and always check for leaks

Best thread sealer
Best thread sealer I have ever used. So much better than Teflon tape. I like the fact that it remains flexible. I use it to seal all kinds of fittings.
