I use this pad to keep my left knee positioned correctly while driving long distances positioned between my left leg and left door. I've had knee issues due to my left knee leaning up against the driver door while driving, but this cushion has alleviated that problem. It's contoured specifically for a leg and small enough to fit between my leg and door without getting in the way of my steering wheel, instruments, switches etc. It's firm memory foam, and during a long trip it does compress a little, so I just flip it around or reposition it and I'm back in business. One of the smarter choices I've made.

Very tiny. Little support. Zipper is in the way and snags on stuff. The material gets a fuzz build up and looks grungy after a while. It's not soft to anyone in my family at all and I think it being extremely firm doesn't help the texture either. Wouldn't buy this product again and will be careful about the material and zipper in future.

Maybe I missed it, but they don't tell you that what you're going to get is a fairly flat envelope with the pillow inside and all the air squeezed out. What you have do is open it up and let the pillow expand for two or three days. It took four days in my house before it was in the right shape, and the smell from the memory foam was gone. I think that all of these memory foam knee pillows might be like that. When you're all done the memory foam is not soft, but it's OK to use for this purpose.

This is very hard. I took it out of the vacuum package and waited about an hour for it to return to it's normal shape, but it didn't. I took my garment steamer to it and it started to take shape. Once that was done, it was firm but still plyable while it was still warm from the steamer. Once it cooled off, it became pretty hard again. I can compress it with my hands, but not easily. Using it between my knees while sleeping is very uncomfortable

It works fine for me since I didn't want anything bulky. I like that I can toss and turn and still keep the pillow cinched between my knees. However, the pillow is small. I'm 5'4" and 125lbs and can't imagine it would work for anyone much larger or heavier.

Love the knee pillow. Comfortable and not overly bulky like some others. Can turn easily in bed and it does not get caught on the sheets.

This pillow is great,but my child is handicap and it was not working for his legs ((contracted). As I had hoped.

Well constructed but in use not enough give. Needs to be softer so sleeping on side with the pillow between the legs your top leg is not 8 inches above the lower leg.
