The content of the bowl is Himalayan salt mixed with Epsom salt. Just to demonstrate that it can be mixed for extra benefits.

I know this product has bad reviews due to damaged packaging but mine came in perfect packaging, i believe there damaged in delivery, iv used these salts for decades, i littery couldnt live without bathing salt, so many things it can be used for, brilliant product, i love how they come in these single bags, ideal🤟🤟🤟

Magnesium is good for you!

Adding a good cupful of these to a foot bath definitely gives a nice soft feeling to sore feet. Can't do any harm & hoping it does some good. Magnesium sulphate is good for you & most of us are lacking in magnesium. If it relieves tired feet & sore muscles all good. The packs say don't drink it, so I still have to buy edible tablets. Not sure why!
