I have been taking this for years. The capsules are a typical size and easy to swallow. I feel like I have less inflammation on this and I sleep well. I did a lot of reading of medical research on white peony before taking the supplement. No taste.

I've been taking this daily for just over a week now, and so far, no adverse effects. I read that white peony root extract can help an overactive or underactive immune system to get back on track. One of my autoimmune symptoms is alopecia areata, with small patches of hair going bald, then growing back later. I think this product has stabilized that condition. It's still too early to tell for sure, but I do notice that my daily hair shedding seems to be lessened.I've also been struggling with psoriasis or urticaria symptoms. The itchiness can wake me up in the middle of the night, and it gets painful because the skin is flaking off. Since I started taking this product, I think things have improved. However, I've also been taking probiotics to heal my gut, applying spearmint oil on the itchy / flaky areas, and detoxing for heavy metals with chlorella and cilantro. So these things combined seem to be helping.I think an effect I can singularly attribute to this product is a positive change in my bowel movements. warning to males, this supplement made me uncomfortably debilitated. I could only lie down, totally conscious. wasnt sleepy, but body lost all physical energy. the pill is also quite hard and felt like i was swallowing a stone. i only took this on three or four occasions before deciding it felt dangerous.

I was having some issues with my testosterone levels but I don’t have PCOS . My auto immune disease caused my testosterone levels to elavate a little over a few months causing me not to ovulation properly or get my period regular. I order this August 17 received it August 18th starting taking 2 capsules each day after that on August 23 I received my period . I was so surprised because I didn’t believe this would work but it did something and I will be buying again when I run out
