some improvement
I have taken this product now for almost a year and it has brought down my PSA levels not alot but enough to keep me below the concerned line, I do still get up to pee as i am also on a diuretic but not as often as i was and i dont go to the bathroom as often just to let out a trickle.

Ineffective waste of money
I had been taking a different supplement that was helpful but still had issues. So was hoping to find something more effective. I just finished the 1st bottle and I feel like I’ve started all over again. This supplement didn’t help at all. Looking I don’t believe any of the claims. Not hopeful at all.

Not a quick fix but does work for me
I have been taking Prostacor for six months, started out with two in the morning. I did notice some positive results within 48-hours but change was slow. At 90 days I was consistently sleeping thru the night for the first time in years. BUT to get there I also made major life style changes. I cut out all dairy and beef last year, that helped some. Also cut out soda, sugar drinks and coffee.This supplement is NOT a cure, but for me, it is a part that gets me six-seven hours of sleep a night. I am now down to one caplet in the morning. I had read some of the one and two-star reviews, most expected this to be a quick fix. It is not. You didn’t get here in two weeks; it’s going to take some time and effort on your part to get better sleep. If you’re going to spend money on this product research other life style changes and stack the deck in your favor. Best of luck.
