These are nice beef sausage snack sticks. Tastes good. Price is good. No problems.

I definitely prefer the beef version over the turkey—my dog seems to enjoy it more, and overall I’ve been happy with it. My biggest complaint, and the reason I’m giving it 4 stars, is something you might not notice unless you actually read the storage instructions. Once opened, the package has to be refrigerated and the entire thing used within 7 days. That’s kind of annoying, especially if you have a smaller dog or aren’t feeding this exclusively. I wish the packaging made that a little more practical, because depending on how much your dog eats, finishing the whole package in a week can feel like a race against the clock. 😂 Still a good product and definitely my pick over the turkey version—I just wish it lasted longer after opening.

These basically taste like a classic but modern Slim Jim, if you've ever had one growing up. For the price, they function well as a keto snack for me. I like to package 1 or half of 1 of these with some thin slices of cheese cut from a cheese block. The price on jerky and pre-cooked sausage snacks tends to be pretty high, so I found this to be a better value than at Aldi or what else I saw on Amazon. Obviously you could go get some real italian sausage but the texture of that, cold, is kind of less suitable for snacking. Honestly I have no complaints, I just wanted it to be something paletable and moderately filling. Yes it has those trace flavors because it uses a corn syrup mix and flavors and stuff. You're looking at like under a gram per serving. If you don't want those, please, go ahead and pay $20 per pound for organic free-range grass fed beef with only organic spices in it. I'll stick to this until I get rich like the other folks. This probably isn't something you want to cook with - it's a snack. I guess it's dehydrated or whatever so that it can be a bit more nutrient dense than other meats. This is like 75% micronutrient dense by weight, while italian sausage is 50%, and chicken breasts are 33%, meaning the rest is some combination of water or otherwise calorie absent material. Overall, can't complain. Would've enjoyed a teriyaki flavor but I would've probably gotten tired of something like that anyway.

I'm from Wisconsin but living in Arizona and was looking forward to having some good old fashion beef sticks like I grew up with. I'm sorry to say these were the worst beef sticks I've ever had. A texture that was very mushy and a very thick fat that coated your entire mouth, literal chunks of tallow like fat which seemed to be the main contents. Almost no meat. Not at all what I expected from this brand. Needless to say I won't buy more.

So much cheaper than buying at stores and taste is phenomenal and delicious.

These are my favorite!!! I absolutely love them. After having my baby this was all I wanted to eat! These ingredients aren’t the best. For what you get the price is so worth it! They’re so tender. The packaging is so good it helps to keep them fresh. They are a good size. They’re a nice easy snack if you want. They taste good with a stick of cheese.

Surprising sausages! Delivered on May 3 and best by date was April 4. Sausages were hot and mushy, for those who prefer it that way. Personally we do not.
