Perfect Varmin Round
Absolutely beast of a hunting round. 1 shots squirrels and racoons, quick clean kills. Highly reliable, very accurate, plenty if stopping power.

Good pellets
They work nicely less than a inch group at 60-75ft using a Daisy Powerline 880 at 8-10 pumps with the cheap factory 4x15 scope . Shot through a 6in wide vinegar jug filled with water from only 3ft away just to see how they would expand. They still had energy to go through 2 layers of cardboard with zero expansion besides the skirt bent after getting pinched exiting the jug. The only issue is they are coated in a decent amount of lead dust and some shards in tin but only pellets I've ever used so not sure if it is worse than any other brand/type so I didn't take a star off for that. None that I could see were bent either. Highly recommend washing even if you have a pellet pen still have to load that. Just use some hot soapy water and use your hand to just rub them and the tin then dry everything with a paper towel. You can put a small piece of paper towel in the tin and lightly shake to get most the water trapped in the skirt/tip out or just leave the lid off and let it sit and dry. Would 100% do this if they are for kids so you don't have to worry about them washing their hands as much and getting it all over the rifle or anything they touch after. Took about 95% of what would be on your fingers off.

Great alternative more economical that CROSMAN Destroyers
If you are like me you have gotten a massive headache and pain in the wallet trying to keep resupplying pellets within your budget while looking for that one pellet a particular air gun likes best. Today will mark the 7th tin of these that I have purchased this year alone. GAMO Tomahawks are now my go to pellet for my GAMO Shadow and BEEMAN 10/22 both .177s. GAMO Tomahawks have recently overlapped my use of GAMO Magnum double ring pointed, GAMO Red Fires, GAMO Rockets and GAMO Match wadcutters due to the cost per tin, amount of pellets per tin, pellet profile versatility, sufficient accuracy and effectiveness on pests . In addition I have tried the similar CROSMAN Destroyer pellet, which worked extremely well, but the cost per tin/per amount per tin ratio was prohibitive for my use. I generally don't get shots beyond 25 yards on paper or pest so Tomahawks work fine for my needs, They are one pellet that both cuts clean nearly wadcutter size holes in bullseyes for target practice and gave good penetration and impact on pesky rats and mice in the feed shed and garden. A very hard pellet may not seat without undue force in some air guns so I discount any claims that these GAMO pellets are too soft for any practical use. YMMV--The lead is hard enough to seat snugly for a good breech seal in the chamber of both rifles and soft enough to give at least moderate mushrooming in large rats @ an avg of 735fps in my now well broken in 1 year old GAMO Shadow Whisper. The BEEMAN 1022 has now settled in @ 650fps and GAMO Tomahawks pretty much show little to no deformation in pests. ( UPDATE 6/16/23 : after a good break in period & very thorough bore cleaning, now getting a surprising 682 fps from the Beeman 1022 w .177 Gamo Tomahawks ) At 650fps and below they generally do not exit but at 735fps, they will exit pests so it's best to be careful of your back stop at all times . SAFETY FIRST ! YMMV but for needs GAMO Tomahawks are my best choice for my two GAMO and BEEMAN air rifles.

Great for plinking but does not expand as per description, but a little tip if you want them to.
Very good value for the amount of pellets you get, and therefore great for plinking. I don't have a very big space to test accuracy properly, but within 20 to 30 ft, the accuracy seems more than adequate, at least with my Daisy 880 model with iron sights and a fiber optic front sight, no scope. I also got these pellets for pest control because I often get rats in my garden. Based on the description, they say that this pellet is meant to expand reliably for small game hunting or pest control, which is definitely false, and from the other reviews, others agree with me. The pellet will often just make a clean through-and-through hole with whatever I shoot at and does not do enough damage with the small caliber to reliably kill a pest with 1 shot unless you make a clean vital organ shot or a headshot, of course. That being said, I have found a trick you can do with these pellets, which is to load them backwards with the skirt of the pellet facing the barrel. The Idea is to have the larger opening of the skirt side act like a proper hollow point projectile and to actually expand like a hollow point on impact. However, this will heavily limit the penetration of the projectile, as the skirt tends to over-expand. That being said, I am using this on medium-sized rats, and the penetration depth is deep enough to reach the vital organs while expanding/mushrooming massively, allowing me to make one-shot kills to the body. Keep in mind that this is not how these pellets are designed to be used, and I don't recommend doing this, as it can have unknown effects on the barrel and gun you are using. So proceed with caution, but out of my Daisy 880, it does completely fine, and it is my rifle, and I don't really care. The photos are of the recovered pellet using the backwards loading method after killing a rat with it, with a shot to the body, next to an unfired pellet for comparison. Keep in mind that if you use the pellet "correctly," the pellet will have almost no deformation and will just make a clean hole through whatever you shoot. Once again, I don't fully recommend doing this since it is not how they are intended to be used by the manufacturer.

These shoot fine in my Gamo Shadow 1000
I have been shooting my Gamo Shadow with Gamo Magnum pellets that I bought a long time ago, and my supply was finally running low. As these Tomahawks were in stock and looked like a fair match, I gave them a try!. I set up a target in the back yard to see if my sights needed any adjustments, but these were right on for off hand shooting. I use these mostly to take out rodent pests and to scare off hungry deer so no sight adjustments were required. So far, I've had no problems with fit. I've seen some scary reviews which might have been due to bad handling in shipping. Mine were not well packed either and the metal can was damaged due to pellet weight and rough handling without any packing material, but the pellets survived well enough for my needs! Oh yeah; and the price was attractive too!

Good choice for everyday shooting
Quite happy with these Gamo 0.177 pellets. Good price for consistent accuracy in plinking and target practice. Just as good if not better than the Crosman Destroyers.

Love them
I think they’re awesome. I ordered three tomahawk blister packs and only received two and a small tin with 250 in it. I’m short 500 pellets. I think they were called blue bombers …
