This is a good source for eye support. I take a low dose because the higher mg seems to give a sour stomach.

I'm sure the manufacturer intended a more-soluble gelatin caplet to make these easier to digest, but I do find them hyper-sensitive to moisture. I had just washed my hands and they were a bit damp, proceeded to take my daily dosage tipping some into my palm and picking one pouring rest back into bottle. Next day they were all stuck together but I was able to shake them up to separate. Can't imagine what'd happen if you dripped water into bottle or even left the cap off for extended time so be more careful with these gelcaps than most to avoid that problem.

Lutein with Zeaxanthin is essential for optimal eye health. I take this eye supplement everyday and my eye health is better because of taking this product. My eyesight used to be blurry and since taking this product, I can see more clearly even without my glasses on! I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about their eyesight and want to see more clearly!

What can you say about a pill? It is a good size that is easy to swallow and has no side effects that I can tell. A good value as well. I would recommend these Lutein pills.

High levels of lutein are found in Kale, Sweet Potatoes, Eggs and Animal Fats to a lesser degree. This is a small dosage of Lutein. If you are a vegetarian and don't take a good supplemental vitamin, this probably isn't a high enough dosage for you. But, if you get plenty of meat, eggs, vegetables and take a good multi, then this is sufficient. OK. so what is Zeaxanthin and why did they stick it in here?? Lutein and Zeaxanthin "lower the Incidence of Age-Related Macular Degeneration" and they're chemical makeup is Identical. Therefore, you will find them in many products together and rightly so. Also, I always prefer the gel capsules, because they break down in your digestive track better. A perfect pairing and cheaper purchased in one bottle. It's a great buy and does the job. Also, if you need a little higher dosage, you can take 2 a day and it still beats the price of several companies daily dose. To be honest, anything over about 12 to 14 Mg is not necessary. If you're paying for 20 Mg a day, it might make you feel good that you're taking that dosage, but your body doesn't need that much and you're wasting your money. Thank you for reading my review.
