One drop is a glass of water is strong enough to start with - and then I started with 1/4 of the full glass. Could tell the difference big time.However, a warning: One swallow might be a better beginning. I took this amount for several days and noticed lymph nodes draining handily. However I ended up with eye floaters even with the caution I took with the volume ingested.I believe the floaters are a result of toxins in and around the area of the eyes. I have been waiting for the floaters to dissapate before taking another dose. It has been a few weeks and am getting ready for another, smaller dose, and will do 1 day on, 4 days off and then adjust over time.So my suggestion is to start VERY slow to begin with.

I almost never give any reviews, but I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to detox, it does work, however, you must follow the right preparation and ideally do your own research first.

Easy to use, do your research, after couple days of taking it 4oz of water stir in with 3 drops of part A & B. I no longer have nasal drip in my throat . There are many other benefits too.Update 2022, I've been adding this (CDS) Chlorine dioxide solution to my dogs water bowl, seems to help them too. One dog had flim in upper chest (mucous). Gone now after drinking in a day or two. Shared findings with my vet. 👍I've skipped for 2days still clear throat. I have test strips for chlorine dioxide to check the strength, I've used 4 drops of A&B , also tried 5 drops of A&B. Thats my limit mixed with 4 ozs. Of H2o ie; water.Update i now take an empty glass & drop 3 drops part A then 3 drops part B. Wait for about a minute. The solution is yellow 💛 ish in color. Then I add the 4 ozs . Of water 💧 & stir. This method seems to work the best. Some days I use 4 drops of A&B, some days 5 drops A & B. I like this brand & have ordered twice from them. Locally Mfg. In Florida.

This not only kills the bad stuff, but you will experience a detox, which means a possible rash with itching, possible diarrhea. The bottles say use 3 drops each - that is too much! If you start that strong, drinking a cup per day, you will not be happy! I used one drop each and got a strong detox reaction. I would start with one drop each in the cup of water and take ONE sip before bed for 5 days, then go to a 2 drop mixture.
