When installed the lock worked OK. The fingerprint reader is very good. The deadbolt must be lined up with the hole in the jamb perfectly. The lock does not have the power to drive home a slightly misaligned deadbolt. The lock I received had no instructions for connecting it to Alexa. I looked at their website, but you have to give them lots of personal details to get into their customer service site, so I gave up. I tried various methods I found online, but Alexa can't find the lock. The lock generally stays unlocked after opening it with a fingerprint or code, and generally re-locks if opened with the inside knob or key. Neither is 100% reliable and can't be depending on to work all the time. Re-locking happens after about 5 seconds, even if the door is still open. The lock button on the inside does not lock the door, the knob must be turned manually. After three months of use the clutch in the drive mechanism is worn out and won't move the deadbolt at all. Just a lot of clicking as the clutch slips while the motor runs.

Was really funny to test fingers print to open the door. Till last minute was not really believe that will work. Great discription step by step follow and you can install it on your own. In our office 6 people whi can manage alarm and door. Each time losted 🔑 keys and update time on new was so difficult now should be much easy

This lock never worked correctly. I would not recommend buying it. First of all, you have to drill a hole in your door to install it. I knew I should have returned it right then and there. Second of all, once it's installed, it locks automatically every time. Supposedly there is an option to turn that off, but that option didn't do anything for me, I tried multiple times. So you open the door, leave it open for 20 second, the deadbolt comes out, and you slam the deadbolt into your door frame. The fingerprint works half the time. It never worked for my wife. The numbers are hard to see, impossible to see in direct sunlight. The batteries died in the first week. If the lock didn't lock automatically, there's no way to shut the door and lock the lock. Junk! I used it for about a month (I was away for 10 days of that) and tried to return it but it was past the return date. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the company so I could return it through them and I never heard a thing. Don't waste your money.

I have this lock a lot, it has all stuff you want (fingerprint, key, application and password), look really nice with a great quality of materials. My only complaint is the user manual, it appears some options are not completely disclosed in the manual.

The locking piece is too fragile, get sticker in the door hole, and it takes a little long to re-lock the door when we leave the house. The fingerprint recognition system also fails time to time.

I have had this on the house for a few months. I am getting ready to take it off and put it on the barn. My entire family is tired of the problems with this thing. When you want it to lock it doesn't. When you want it to stay unlocked it will not. It has destroyed the door jam and the trim. Don't waste your money.

This lock is nice however it will drain your batteries fast the lock itself is a little tight, when turning the bolt I had to returned it for the yale asure.

Dont buy this lock. Support is unresponsive and its unreliable. It does NOT integrate with Alexa. It's an expensive doorstop
