Pure Mountain Botanicals Bacopa Monnieri Capsules - 90 Count - Organic Bacopa and Potent Extract - 20% Bacosides - Vegan Brahmi Supplement

First time I took this product (one capsule), I ended up with a massive migraine. I doubt it's the fault of the product, it just has to do with how my brain works or it could be 100% unrelated to the product. I took three capsules the second time and I didn't notice anything good or bad. There's a lot of stuff online stating that this is really helpful for both brain power, anxiety, and sleep. I have insomnia, likely due to depression. If a person has insomnia, the insomnia can cause depression. If a person has depression, the depression can cause insomnia. It's a terrible cycle. I sleep about 6 hours a night and there's no way that my brain hasn't suffered as a result of this. Some reviewers experienced sleepiness right away and couldn't function day-to-day if they are taking it. Other people take it at night for sleep. I didn't experience sleepiness or fatigue. I probably feel a bit more alert. From what I've read, people need to take this 8-12 weeks to notice a difference. My brain is just super over stimulated in general.

Best bacopa supplement out there!

I want to give this a 5 star but I cannot due to a few reasons. I had trouble with USPS shipping which resulted having to get another bottle shipped out. Which by the way, these guys were super awesome! They promptly shipped a replacement bottle and thus I began the trials. I have a generalized seizure disorder and was recommended this by a doctor with caution as with any supplement. This particular variant was very potent and was able to see the effects within the first hour, not super jittery at first but after a few doses I began to have tremors (mini-seizures) with 1 pill a day. I tried combating with upping my L-Theanine dosage but to no avail, the tremors are not worth it. Please know I did eliminate all possibilities before writing this. The product isn't bad, its too effective. I waited almost 2 months after purchasing to write a review but I had to perform my own isolated tests to be sure this was the cause, sadly it was. But i will say, the experience I was having before the tremors, it was great! Noticeable boost in reading proficiency and increased focus. Did not notice a boost in memory recall but then again, I wasn't actively taking it long enough to have any effect on this.

I take two, every day. I would recommend this product to people with genuine trouble concentrating. As a side note: results may vary. I recommended Bacopa to somebody else who could already focus, without supplements, but Bacopa caused them to actually lose concentration. This product is a must, for me. I have taken it for years, and absolutely need it for work and comprehensive reading. Bacopa is part of my dream team, combined with chaga, lions mane, and a balance of Omega 3 super seeds. Not all brands are created with equivalent quality—some do not work. Pure Mountain became my go-to when other brands unexpectedly took a dive with results; the product quality is effective and consistent, with Pure Mountain.

I don’t know what to say about this stuff really other then it made me feel weird. I only took it for three days but it seem to make me more emotional and irritable. It also made my heart act up. I do have heart issues but I did not realize that this would affect my heart before I bought it. It made me feel good initially but then it evolved into something else. It also made me very tired. I probably won’t send it back because it’s actually too much Trouble. The dropbox to return stuff is not very close so not often do I return things. Also the dropbox will not hold anything but a very small box which is very inconvenient so I know that when I buy something if I don’t like it I’m usually stuck with it. On occasion Amazon will just give me credit but rarely. This stuff is probably works for some people but for me it just felt terrible. This stuff probably works for some people but for me, I just felt terrible. And it also gave me diarrhea On the second day of taking it.

My 83 year old Dad was struggling with basic communication- memory & was struggling with motivation- didn’t remember how to do many things - didn’t want to socialize. I checked for interactions then put him on Bacopa, Nordic Naturals complete omega( your brain needs DHA/GLA/OLEIC ACID & EPA), Ashwaganda and cinnamon- what a difference!! First week nothing - was worried was all for naught- by week 2 he was struggling less with words and he noticed. By week 3 his nephews, my sister and his friends were noticing a dramatic difference! He was articulating better- socializing- smiling& interacting- I’m so excited to find something like this; he calls me excited about having the ability to interact. Wants to buy the supplements himself- It’s not a cure- but gives way him more enjoyment and at this juncture stopped the rapid decline I was seeing- I’m totally satisfied!

I started take this at night about an hour before bedtime because I heard it could help me sleep well. It really does! This stuff is great. No morning grogginess there a hangover. It does make you feel somewhat drowsy which is good because it prompts me to go to bed and not get busy doing something else. When I go to bed I go right to sleep and I get a good nights sleep now. Amazon was out of this particular brand for quite some period of time and so was the product website. I tried different brands of the cobra and they were not nearly as good. This is the Standardized full spectrum and it does make a difference!

I took this in the hopes of taking the place of an anti-depressant. Many focus supplements with my experience also increase symptoms of OCD, which this clearly did for me. My 4th day in, I was a basket case. Stopped it immediately. I now take Ashwagandha, which clearly works better for me. As another reviewer stated, this stuff gave me insomnia. Remember that brain chemistry is not a one size fits all. This is a miss for me. I am happy that it does help others. I cannot continue it with how it made me feel. Good luck. UPDATE: This amazing company was able to solve my issue with service that I have never seen. I will give the herb experience 3 stars but they are so good with their service, my overall review is 5 stars. They actually deserve even more. Having said this, you really cannot go wrong. If you think Bacopa may help you, if it a try. The side effects for me is that my mild OCD acted up on this. Thats it. I have read that magnesium and Omega 3 added will remive these side effects.
