These are great because they are sweetened with stevia so you don't have to worry about the fake sugar or something with the high fructose corn syrup. Sometimes I use these days to quiet my cough when I go to bed so I can sleep.

Great Ricola Alternative
Great product for T1D/low carb lifestyle. Tastes just like a ricola. I always prefer natural sugar substitutes, so was glad to find this product.

CARBS and raging hearburn
4 grams of carbs. PER COUGH DROP Didn't catch that until I received the package. Like many, I'm careful with carbs. but thought, "Well, if they make my throat feel like rainbows and environmentally-friendly glitter, why not?" Half, y'all. I didn't even finish half. A few minutes later, I had RAGING heartburn. Chest of fire. Which never happens to me. So, while I applaud the effort to create a cough drop without all the synthetic garbage, this one is a heartburn hard pass.
