What is best amount of water to mix with 1 packet?

I love these. I use 12-16 oz of water for a regular coffee. I also use 4 oz if water then fill the rest with soy milk to make my own latte. Hope this helps.

Current package that received is expiring in July 2022.

Is there a difference between the via instant and the via ready brew?

Yes. Normally brewed coffee is always better, but it is nice to have the instant for a quick coffee when you don’t want to take the time to brew it. Also, isn’t there less caffeine in instant?
