A childhood favorite of mine!
My mom would always buy these from the supermarket and cook them for the family. I recently made banh xeo for myself, following my mom's recipe, and they turned out delicious! Be careful cooking with this though. I spilled some of the turmeric that was included in the bag, so there's now a small section of my kitchen floor that's dyed yellow.

Easy to use and was perfect for our family of six. I didn’t realize that the flour came with turmeric in a separate part at the top of the package. We always have turmeric so we didn’t need it, but it might be very helpful for someone who doesn’t have it.

How many ounces is a bowl of coconut milk?
It has mixing directions in english calling for 3 cups water and 1 “bowl” coconut milk. How the heck much is in a “bowl”?
