I like this product, and it worked reliably for me, all photos and videos played well, no glitches. The only thing I struggled with - the color of the pictures/videos appears wrong, quite pale, washed out, blue-ish, much cooler color temperature than it is on my PC screen. Had to modify photos (make them abnormally bright and "warm") to compensate for this product's screen performance and make the pictures look as they are supposed to. Not sure if it's something wrong with the piece that I have, or it's the problem with the frame in general.

Seems to do what it's meant to and the picture is quite good especially for the price

Performed as advertised

Simple to use and great quality. I have elderly relatives who find using electronic devices confusing and don't use mobile phones, emails or social media. Once the videos are uploaded all they need do is open the device like any greeting card and they are instantly viewed. I have also used one to record reassuring video messages and reminders for my Mum who suffers from dementia. She can view the messages whenever she becomes anxious about forgetting something. It has had amazing results and never leaves her side
