Will this hold a 32oz Nalgene water bottle?

No. It fits my 16oz Thermos Sip Tumbler (hard material) snuggly! A 32oz bottle, especially a hard, nalgene won't fit. This holder has some flexibility but is pretty darn firm. I suggest putting 2 of these on your bike to hold 2 smaller water bottles- or find a larger holder.

Will it fit a ue mega boom speaker or a 33 oz camelback bottle(same size)?

no ... they are very flimsy ... made of thin aluminum and painted to look like carbon fiber ... the finish inside the cage where it comes in contact with the water bottles wears out after a while and the water bottles get ruined from rubbing on the aluminum ... hands get dirty all the time from that aluminum on the bottles which lead to getting your clothes and the tape on the handle bar dirty and so on ... I had to throw away 4 bottles ...

Help! Water bottles don’t fit! Girls bike so area is super tight! Any ideas??

They make bottle holders that are "side-loaders" so you avoid the geometry of smaller frames. Unfortunately, that doesn't help with these. Use the 21oz bottles - they might fit. I have to use the 21's on my seat tube on a mountain bike, because the 25oz are too tall.

Do I have to buy 2 of the same color or can I get one black and one white? There should be an option to do that.

I believe these come in a set with both being the same described color. Unless you want to purchase two different color sets and mix and match as you please.
