Q: Does this work just as well for quilts with loops instead of a solid sleeve?

From The Hang-Ups Company --- inventor and manufacturer : I just saw another answer posted to this question and it made me think again about the question. So now the revised answer is yes or no, depending on the specifics. Please read below. I had supposed that the loops would be located on the back of the quilt -- in which case they would function the same as a sleeve on the back of a quilt, holding the telescoping bar in place, which would in turn rest on the wall-brackets. Such loops would work very well. However, in the case that the loops would be located up above the top border of the quilt,, the bar and the brackets would all be visible. This would NOT work well and would totally defeat the purpose of using this hanging system... which was designed to be invisible ! Marilyn
