Q: What is the difference between the l'artiste spring step and just the spring step?

The l'artiste shoes are a higher end shoe from Spring Step.

Q: Where are these Made?

The sticker on the bottom of the shoe says made in China

Q: What does 10.5-12B mean in terms of size? Seems like a huge rangr.

This is a mistake, a size 42 Euro is the equivalent to a 10.5-11 medium in US size.

Q: How is the arch support? WIth there being no heel, inserts wouldn't work well and I definitely need support for my flat foot.

I wear these shoes to work. on my feet over 8 hours and gave flat feet. I feel they have great cush and arch support. my feet and legs don't hurt at the end of the day
