Melatonin works only if you know how to use it. Kindly switch off the lights and stop using the phone 20-30mins after taking the pill. Not to mention, stop moving and doing other things. Having said that, this thing works 80% of the time for me and it is good enough. I took around 40-45 pills in 9 months and I had the groggy feeling only once. Oh. And those worrying about this breaking your natural melatonin production, don't worry, it doesn't. There are so many independent studies that prove otherwise. Don't take my word for it, kindly do your research and then acknowledge. Good product for sure

The best part about this supplement is how it helps me unwind after a busy day. I feel more relaxed and comfortable when getting ready for sleep. The tablets are simple to take and fit easily into my routine. Happy with the overall results.

I wouldn't recommend going for this product because of the combination of l-theanine 200 mg with vitamin B1, B2, and B12. This is not a good combination because when you take it at night before sleep, the vitamin B12 blocks melatonin production and body gets confused, whether to sleep or to stay awake. Because of that I experienced sleepless nights for a couple of days. When that happened I researched and I found it's because of this B12. While l-theanine is known for stopping your overthinking and generating alpha waves so that you don't stress much and go for sleep, it doesn't work at night. I started taking it in the morning around 11 a.m. but again because of the high dose of 200 mg, it started giving me a bit of a headache and making me feel sleepy. I don't know but this is not the right combination and I am planning to switch back to healthify100 mg dose, which can be taken at night. This is my honest feedback on this. Hope it helps.

Just a placebo effect, no real effects, don't buy, bad product

Something that stood out for me was the calming effect without feeling heavy. My sleep quality feels better and I feel more refreshed after waking up. The tablets are easy to consume and convenient. Glad I decided to try it.
